Working with your company, we will document the electrical damage thoroughly through photographs, detailed reports, and estimates for repairs and/or replacements. We will assess the policy coverage and determine what the customer is entitled to under their insurance policy. Based on this documentation, we will assist in preparing an accurate estimation of the cost associated with the restoration of the property to its pre-loss condition.

As an Advocate for your customer, Velocity will negotiate with the carrier to ensure they receive what they are owed for the property damage. We will prepare and present the carrier with the formal Proof of Loss documentation required by their policy. Throughout the claims process, we will advocate for your customer’s best interest, ensuring they are not underpaid or denied unjustly. Once the claim is approved, your company can work with the customer to restore the electrical service to its pre-loss condition.
